Custom Orders

All products offered by Told & Twine are custom-made and handcrafted based on the photo provided by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the submitted photo is clear, high-quality, and suitable for production
Low-resolution or unclear images may affect the final result
By submitting your photo, you confirm that you have the right to use the image and that it does not violate any third-party rights

Production & Processing Time

Production begins once your photo has been received and reviewed.

Standard production time is within 24–48 hours
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase
After this period, production will have already begun and we are unable to make changes or accept cancellations

Product Variations

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products:

Minor variations in design, color, or finish may occur
These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, branding, and content on this website are the property of Told & Twine.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or resell any part of our products or designs without prior written permission

Limitation of Liability

Told & Twine is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party services, including:
