At Told & Twine, every custom artwork is made to order using the photo uploaded by the customer. Each piece is carefully prepared, checked, and packed before shipping.
Processing Time
All products are made to order.
Production begins after your uploaded photo has been received and confirmed.
Our standard production time is within 48 hours. During peak seasons or high order volumes, production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
After your order has been completed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:
7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local courier services, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can use the tracking number to follow your order until it arrives.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address

Told & Twine is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local courier, neighbors, building reception, or mailbox area first.
